Gene Roberts
Crew Chief & Team Manager
Beginning his career as a dirt track racer, Roberts moved through the racing fields to a position within NASCAR’s Busch (Nationwide) Series. In 1988 he moved to the team side of things becoming a well respected Crew Chief and Team Manager for the Elliott/Hardy Racing Team, capturing wins at the Pepsi 400 and Watkins Glen.
In 1995, upon leaving the Crew Chief and Team Manager position, Roberts went on to pursue his own Driver Development program. During this time, he had the opportunity of working with and instructing drivers Joey Clanton and Reed Sorenson.
In 2006, Roberts joined the Gresham Motorsports team as Crew Chief and Team Manager. Since that time the team has won national championships and began a strong Late Model Stock Car program.

Charles Shoemaker
Car Chief
At the age of 12, Shoemaker entered into the world of racing with Quarter Midgets. After winning four National Titles, he then made the transition into Legend cars and Late Model Stock Cars.
He joined the Gresham Motorsports team in 2001 specializing in Legend car set up. Shoemaker has gained knowledge in every program moving from the Tire Specialist in the Late Model Stock Car program to Car Chief.

Jeremy Kalina
Kalina started his racing career at the tender age of 11 with Gresham Motorsports. While working with the team, he has developed both as a racer and a mechanic.
With numerous wins and championships under his racing belt, Kalina has earned the promotion of setting up the Legends and Bandolero cars for the 7-11 teams.
In his off time, Kalina attends Clayton State University seeking a major in Business Management.
