Charlie Gresham began his racing career three days after his eighth birthday at Watermelon Capital Speedway (Cordele, GA). His fifth place finish that night showed that the has the ability to compete in the strong Bandits class (ages 8 to 11). Over the next three years, Charlie accumulated 15 Top Ten and 8 Top Five finishes.
In 2008, Charlie will compete in his fourth full year of Bandolero racing. Charlie will divide his time between the two premier Bandolero series: Summer Shoot Out at Lowes Motor Speedway (Concord, NC) and Thursday Thunder at Atlanta Motor Speedway (Hampton, GA). Additional dates are expected at Watermelon Capital Speedway, Lanier National Speedway ( Braselton, GA), New Senoia Speedway (Senoia, GA), and Music City Motorsports Park (Nashville, TN).
Charlie is in the 6th grade at Woodward Academy. When he’s not racing, he enjoys hunting, fishing and Boy Scouts.
